Calverton National Cemetery
Flag Placement
On May 28th, members from Troop 433 joined with Cub Scouts from Pack 625 and thousands of other Scouts in honoring the Veterans interred at Calverton National Cemetery by decorating each gravesite with a flag. We usually service Section 69 containing over 3000 gravesites. Our thanks to all the parents, leaders and scouts who helped with this patriotic service project.
Those Scouts that stayed for the "Thank-You" ceremony were treated to a "fly-by" thanks to the Air National Guard.
