Scouts from Troop 433 performed the opening ceremony of the one-year anniversary of the terrorist attacks by carrying a huge flag in front of the crowd in attendance at the Memorial Park. After the Pledge of Allegiance was recited, the scouts walked the flag off to the side and observed the rest of the program.
