Greenbelt Trail Hike

On Saturday, May 10th the Troop hiked the southern half of the Green Belt Trail from Lakeland County Park to Hecksher Stae Park. The trail covered 11 miles through the scenic back woods, urban highways and bay beaches. The Scouts tried out MRE's for the first time as their lunch. All together, the trek took a little over 6 hours to complete.
